By using the Service, you agree that:

Organizers are responsible for ensuring that participants have consented to registration and communications.

By creating an account or participating in a competition managed through Courtrack, you agree to receive transactional communications such as match schedules, results, reminders, and account notifications.
You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.
5. Competition Data and Accuracy
Courtrack provides tools to record and display match data, statistics, and standings.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data recorded by users, referees, or organizers will be error-free.
Official competition results are determined by the organizing entity, not by Courtrack.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform performance
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform in a way that could damage competitions or participants
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and content of Courtrack are owned by Courtrack or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Courtrack a license to use it for operating the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
Courtrack may rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, analytics, payments, or streaming.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by external providers.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
